许可条款
1.引言
欢迎使用 GavaScript (GS)！本许可条款（以下简称“许可”）是您（“被许可方”）与 GavaScript（以下简称“许可方”）之间关于使用 GavaScript (GS) 软件（以下简称“软件”）的法律协议。通过使用本软件，您确认已阅读、理解并同意遵守本许可条款。
2.定义

5.免责声明
软件“按原样”提供：许可方不保证软件的适用性、可靠性、准确性或完整性。软件可能存在缺陷、错误或漏洞，许可方不承担任何因使用软件而产生的直接或间接损失。 不提供技术支持：许可方不提供任何形式的技术支持，包括但不限于安装、配置、故障排除或维护。
6.适用法律
本许可条款受 中华人民共和国 法律管辖并按其解释，不适用任何法律冲突原则。
7.终止
违反条款：如果被许可方违反本许可条款，许可方有权终止本许可，被许可方应立即停止使用软件，并销毁所有副本。 终止后的义务：许可终止后，被许可方应立即停止使用软件，并删除或销毁所有软件副本及其相关文档。
8.其他条款
完整协议：本许可条款构成双方关于软件使用的完整协议，并取代双方之前的所有口头或书面协议。 可分割性：如果本许可条款的任何部分被认定为无效或不可执行，其余部分仍应保持有效。 语言：本许可条款以英文和中文版本为准，如有冲突，以中文版本为准。

These License Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "License") constitute a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and GavaScript (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") regarding the use of the GavaScript (GS) software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"). By using this software, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these License Terms.
2.Definitions
Software: Refers to the GavaScript (GS) software and its related documentation, sample code, updates and patches. Licensor: Refers to the entity that owns the intellectual property rights of the software and authorizes you to use the software. Licensee: Refers to the individual or entity that accepts this License and uses the software.
3.License Scope
Use License: The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for development, testing and internal use, subject to compliance with these License Terms. Modification and Distribution: The Licensee has the right to modify the software, but must clearly indicate the modified content and modification date in the modified software. The Licensee may not use the modified software for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Licensor.
4.Restrictions
Commercial Use: Without the written consent of the Licensor, the Licensee may not use the software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, renting, leasing, transferring or otherwise providing the right to use the software to a third party. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights in the software and its related documentation, sample code, updates and patches belong to the Licensor. Reverse Engineering: The Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, decode or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the software, unless explicitly permitted by applicable law.
5.Disclaimer
Software "as is": The Licensor does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, accuracy or completeness of the software. The software may contain defects, errors or vulnerabilities, and the Licensor does not assume any direct or indirect liability for any losses arising from the use of the software. No Technical Support: The Licensor does not provide any form of technical support, including but not limited to installation, configuration, troubleshooting or maintenance.
6.Governing Law
These License Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, and are not subject to any conflict of laws principles.
7.Termination
Violation of Terms: If the Licensee violates these License Terms, the Licensor may terminate this License. The Licensee must immediately cease using the software and destroy all copies. Obligations after Termination: After termination of the License, the Licensee must immediately cease using the software and delete or destroy all copies of the software and its related documentation.
8.Other Terms
Entire Agreement: These License Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the software and supersede all previous oral or written agreements. Severability: If any part of these License Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain valid. Language: These License Terms are available in both English and Chinese versions. In case of any conflict, the Chinese version shall prevail.
